It is a tastefully converted barn near Needham Market in Suffolk and sleeps up to 22 guests.
Doves Barn is a perfect, self catering location with underfloor heating and all the modern amenities,

Our brick built barbecue offers a smoky, mouthwatering celebration of good food and even better company. The sizzling sound of meat hitting the grill fills the air as burgers, sausages, and chicken cooks to perfection, the aroma drifting across the spacious patio and covered seating area.

Doves Barn is close to many wonderful traffic free routes and trails in Sufffolk.
Just south of Ipswich is the Alton Water Circuit – an eight and a half mile circuit around the reservoir with a café en route.
Another favourite is Icknield Way – an ancient track way traverrsing southern England.
The King’s Forest Rides are two circular, mostly off road, rides that take you through ancient forest, heath and farmland.

Hiking
There are a number of recognised hiking routes in the area, ideal for an outing with your hen friends.
Beginning at Needham Market, there is a 5.5 mile circular route which takes you through shaded, ancient woodlands, via well trodden footpaths, along field edges and some made up paved sections to the hamlet of Barking and back again. The estimated time to complete the route is around three hours.
Doves Barn is close to all the amenities and entertainments of Stowmarket, Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
